Why Paxster 2ndChance?

Paxster 2ndChance was established in November 2024 as our own initiative to create lasting jobs – not temporary programs. In close collaboration with NAV, we aim to give young people who have fallen outside the workforce a real opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow.

With us, you’re met with respect, responsibility, and trust – and you’re involved in both daily tasks and decision-making. We set high expectations and clear requirements, but we also offer patience, generosity, and time for a coffee break.
