Paxster AS, a Norwegian legal entity with company registration number 915101887 with address Bredmyra 3, 1739 Borgenhaugen, Norway, hereinafter referred to as “Paxster”, “we” and “our”, are the controller who will process your personal data as described below. Hubspot is the provider of the technical platform and provides global information and marketing, and Paxster AS is providing services, information and marketing in the country you have chosen.
Purpose and legal basis for processing
We process the personal data that you provide to us in order to deliver the services, information and marketing communication that you have requested from us and for research and development activities in relation to our services and marketing communications. We also process your eventual response and interactions with the digital marketing communication that you receive in order to deliver relevant and high quality marketing communication to you and for statistical purposes. We may use your personal data for online and social profiling purposes in order to improve our marketing communication.
If you have accepted our use of cookies, we may combine your personal data with your online behavior on our web sites.
By submitting a request via the web, an app, a call center or other channel, you consent to our processing of your personal data as described above. You have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data at any time. Disclosure and recipients of your personal data
Your personal data will be disclosed to and processed by your appointed retailer, our affiliates and our business partners for the above purposes. Any subsequent calls your selected retailer makes to you may be recorded for quality control and staff development purposes. In relation to our business partners located outside of EEA, we will transfer your personal data with the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.
Retention time
We will process your personal data in relation to your request for services, information and marketing communication for a period of twelve (12) months from the date the last service has been provided to you. Where you have asked us to unsubscribe you from further marketing communications from us we will continue to process your personal data for a further period of twelve (12) months for statistical purposes only.
